  The Miller Center is extremely friendly and family like! The best part is Dr. Miller is very exact and wants to be sure that his work is perfect! I have been to many different dentists living different places and there is no one like Dr. Miller!! He is very forward thinking and his team attends seminars near and far to be educated on the latest dental care! I find the staff and their knowledge quite fascinating! I couldn't be happier!!

  I found these on a groupon for cleaning and zoom whitening back in 2015. They went well and I was pleased with those results. However I was given a plan for the dental work I need and I know I needed some things done so wasn't concerned with it. However it was a extensive plan. I spoke with Brenda (office manager) about the plan and she rushed me into a appointment for Monday morning for a crown. This was without me ever receiving the plan. When I finally spoke with her again on Saturday 11am (they close at 1pm) she sent me the plan to talk through and told me I need to make a decision on the Monday appointment asap. Basically have 2 hours to decide if I wanted a expensive Crown treatment done (I was not in any pain). I thought about it and wanted to discuss further so I sent a email Sunday night to Brenda (knowing they were not open but wanted to let them know) to which I received a really nasty reply stating how the time was booked for me etc etc. I was only saying that I wanted to speak further regarding the plan as it was one of the most expensive things I have ever had to do for myself so I wanted help with insurance and dental plans (which they never really made clear to me) before I started the procedure. So I ended up canceling the appointment for Monday with Brenda who handled it very poorly and was rude about it. I was also very clear stating that I wanted to speak further with them about this. Its been over 10 days now and I have still not received that call from them on this. Guess they didn't want me there. I went to get a second opinion on this (as i was instructed by friends to do, not the dentist) and found out their prices were very high compared to many other places around. I checked a few and this was the case. Other places also handled things better. Giving me the X-Rays to take with me and basically giving me a idiots guide to what I need. The miller centre wanted to charge me a high fee to release a copy of my X-Rays. So the other places said they would do it for free for me. Gail (Dental Assistant) & Dr Miller were nice people to deal with but with the rudeness of Brenda and poor customer service aswel as the high prices I will not be using them for my dental work and I recommend others to be weary when doing anything extensive with the Miller Center. With the other place I now have a dental plan set up for discounted treatment and a plan set out with exactly what i need and I will be starting on my procedure today. This was all done in one visit to them. How dentists should be.
